Born and raised on Vancouver Island, Jan has a lifelong passion for movement and the outdoors. When she’s not working with clients, she can often be found trail running, cycling, hiking, or paddleboarding.
Passionate about helping people build strength, improve mobility, and stay active for life, Jan’s approach focuses on creating realistic, personalized programs that fit into everyday life and help clients feel stronger, move with confidence, and continue doing the activities they enjoy.
Jan specializes in working with adults who may be new to exercise, returning after time away, building consistency, or simply looking for guidance and support in a welcoming, non-intimidating environment. She believes fitness should feel approachable and achievable — not overwhelming.
Jan brings both professional expertise and personal experience to her coaching. She holds certifications in Personal Training, Older Adult Fitness, Weight Training, Group Fitness, and TRX Suspension Training. She has also completed over 40 triathlons ranging from sprint to Ironman distances and previously coached athletes as a certified NCCP triathlon coach.
Jan believes that strength and mobility are not limited by age. Whatever your starting point, it’s never too late to build healthy movement habits and redefine what is possible.
