You Don't Have to Figure This Out Alone
Most personal training advice assumes you already know what to do and just need someone to push you harder. That's not where most people start.
Maybe it's been years since you've exercised regularly. Maybe an injury took you out of your routine and you're not sure how to get back into it safely. Maybe a gym membership never stuck, or the idea of a class full of strangers is enough to keep you on the couch. None of that means something is wrong with you. It usually just means nobody built a plan around your actual life.
At Good To Go Sports Therapy in Victoria, BC, Jan Frampton builds that plan with you, in your own home.
What Is In-Home Personal Training?
In-home personal training means your program comes to you instead of the other way around. No commute, no gym intimidation, no waiting for equipment. Our Certified Personal Trainer, works with you in your own space, using whatever equipment you have or none at all, to build a program around your goals, schedule, and comfort level.
This kind of training tends to be the right fit if you:
- Are new to exercise and want to start somewhere that isn't intimidating
- Are returning to activity after time off or after an injury
- Have a chiropractic or rehab plan you want your training to support, not work against
- Would rather train at home than commute to a gym or studio
In-Home Training from a Coach Who Trains Like You Do
Programs are developed using evidence-based principles and current best practices to support healthy movement, build strength safely, and improve confidence over time. When appropriate, your program can also incorporate movement recommendations from your Good To Go chiropractor, creating a coordinated approach that supports recovery and builds long-term strength.
Jan Frampton is Certified in Personal Training, Older Adult Fitness, Weight Training, Group Fitness, and TRX Suspension Training. She has also completed over 40 triathlons, coached athletes as a certified NCCP Triathlon Coach, taught karate for more than 10 years, and finished four ultramarathon trail races.
As Jan puts it: "Whatever your age, experience, or starting point, it's never too late to build healthy movement habits, become stronger, and discover what is possible for you."
